PRODUCT PROCUREMENT
We treat sourcing like an art form — not an afterthought.
With decades of combined experience in furniture design, historic preservation, and materials research, we don’t just find beautiful things — we find the right things. The kind with provenance. Texture. Whether you're furnishing a hospitality experience, filling a full home, finishing a boutique, or searching for that one impossible-to-find piece, our procurement process is tailored, intentional, and rooted in deep material intelligence.
From 19th-century lighting to emerging sustainable brands — if it belongs in your space, we’ll find it. And if it doesn’t exist yet, we can help design and manufacture it, too.
RESPONSIBLE PROCUREMENT
-
Stage 01 | Defining the Scope
In this initial stage, you’ll meet with the team to define the aesthetic direction, functional needs, and sustainability priorities of your space or product vision.
We’ll identify what you’re truly looking for — not just stylistically, but in terms of values, material longevity, and sensory experience. Whether you’re curating a home, outfitting a boutique, or developing a product line, our goal is to translate your vision into a sourcing or design strategy that’s both refined and rooted.
As specialists in design history and material culture, we guide clients toward pieces that are not only visually striking, but made to last.
Our sourcing scope includes:
-Historically significant antiques and collectible vintage
-Consciously made furniture, lighting, and décor from small-scale makers
-Innovative sustainable materials with proven durability and timeless appeal
With a trained eye for provenance, patina, and process, we help you sidestep trend-driven waste and instead build with intention — sourcing what’s rare, right, and built to endure.
This is where your project begins to take shape. And where you begin to see what’s possible.
-
Stage 02 | Selections
Once we’ve defined your vision, our team gets to work — sourcing selections that meet your aesthetic, functional, and environmental criteria with precision and intention.
This isn’t your average product pull. We approach sourcing as both art and anthropology: every item is chosen for how it performs, patinas, and plays into the story of your space.
Jerri draws on over a decade of experience in high-end furniture design to vet pieces for construction integrity, material quality, and long-term performance. From joinery details to wood grain character, nothing slips by unnoticed.
Kat, with her background in historic preservation and interiors, identifies era-appropriate, site-specific pieces that carry real provenance — items that feel intuitively placed, yet deeply researched.
Whether we’re tracking down a hand-turned oak dining table, selecting unlacquered brass hardware that will age beautifully in your climate, or sourcing locally made textiles with low environmental impact, our goal is always the same:
To find materials and objects that bring your space to life — not just now, but for decades to come. This stage is where your story takes shape, and every choice is made to hold weight, texture, and purpose.
-
Stage 03 | Delivery
Once your selections are approved, we handle the logistics from end to end — placing orders, receiving shipments, and coordinating delivery to your installer or final project site with care and clarity.
Every item is meticulously tracked and inspected before it reaches you. And because our values don’t stop at aesthetics, we’ve built sustainability into every step of our delivery process:
Items are wrapped in post-consumer, recyclable packaging or reusable furniture blankets
We avoid single-use plastics and minimize landfill waste wherever possible.
Shipments are consolidated and timed to align with your install schedule, reducing unnecessary freight and emissions.
Whether it's a single bespoke piece or a full-room curation, we make sure your project’s final phase is executed with the same level of consideration and integrity as every other stage — all the way to the last layer of paper wrap.
Frequently Asked
Q: Do you only source vintage?
Not at all. We love vintage, but we also source from small-scale contemporary makers, sustainable furniture brands, and artisan producers. The common thread? Quality and character.
Q: Can you source materials like tile or stone?
Yes. We often help designers and homeowners choose countertop materials, tile, wallpaper, lighting, and textiles — all rooted in sustainable, historically sensitive, or site-appropriate design.
Q: How long does the process take?
Typical sourcing timelines range from as quick as 3 weeks but can push past 12+ months depending on project size and product availability. Rush sourcing may be possible for select projects.
Q: What if I only need one thing?
We offer one-off sourcing and full-project curation. Check our Services Menu. You might need one irreplaceable sconce or a 20-piece furnishing deck; we’re ready.
Q: Do you handle international or long-distance sourcing?
Yes. We have experience working with global dealers, auction houses, and artisans. Shipping logistics and customs support are available upon request.
