Can I bring in my furniture for you to upholster?
Unfortunately, we are not upholsterers ourselves, but we do have a large network of industry professionals that we could make referrals to. Please let us know how we can help!
Are you guys interior decorators and designers?
Kat and Jerri are NOT interior decorators/designers and do NOT offer those services, but we do have a large network of industry professionals that we could make referrals to. Please let us know how we can help!
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from 100% non-toxic ingredients; proprietary blend of premium soy & coconut waxes, phthalate free and clean scents and cotton wicks.
What are the burn instructions for your candles?
We recommend lighting your candles on a flat surface, in an area devoid of drafts and moving air and away from flammable objects. Our candles should be burned in 4 hours increments. Please do not leave your candle unattended while burning. Be sure to trim your wicks in-between each burn to achieve ultimate burn results.
Is your showroom just for industry professionals?
We like to call our space an atelier studio and as such, it is open to everyone! We welcome scheduled appointments as well as walk-in traffic Wednesday-Saturday 10am-6pm.
How soon will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped from our Denver, Colorado studio and generally ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you make custom or private label candles?
We most certainly do! Please take a look at our services page and feel free to email us so we can discuss the perimeters of your project!
I received an item broken or damaged; what do I do?
We apologize if one of our items broke in transit or we missed an imperfection! We are happy to provide a replacement or exchange at no cost! Please email us explaining what you received, and we will take care of it immediately!
I have a store. Do you wholesale?
